Application Requirements

Graduation Date: Must have an expected graduation date on or after December 2026.

Minimum GPA: Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.

Enrollment Status: Students must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at UWF.

Major: Open to all majors, but must demonstrate an interest in Gulf related issues.

Program Participation: Students must be willing to attend workshops, events, and seminars offered by the Gulf Scholars Program. Students must be willing to develop and complete a Gulf Impact Project with faculty and peers.

Time Commitment: Students must commit to participation for the duration of the program (3 semesters: Spring 2026, Summer 2026, Fall 2026)
