When is tuition due?

What's a "Part of Term" and how do I find out the "Part of Term" for each of my courses?
A “Part of Term” (POT) is the time frame within the semester a course is taught. Some courses run over the entire semester, some run 6 or 8 weeks within the semester, and some have more uncommon time ranges. There are about 13 different Parts of Term overall. I'm a fully online student living in CA. Can I still get a student ID card (nautilus card) for local discounts?
