Col. Tim Moore, USAF (retired), dedicated more than 35 years to public service as an Air Force test pilot and later as a foreign service officer with USAID. He holds a B.S. and M.A. in physics and an M.S. in National Resource Strategy. He is also a certified Senior Program Manager (FAC-P/PM) and a Contract Professional (FAC-C). Moore volunteers as an American Legion officer and president of the James L. Dozier Lee Coast Military Officers Association of America Chapter.
