The University of West Florida's Watercraft and Vessel Engineering, or WAVE, Program connects education, research and industry to address modern maritime engineering challenges and support the region’s growing blue economy.
Through connections across UWF, the Port of Pensacola and the surrounding maritime community, WAVE is building an ecosystem where industry and University researchers collaborate on real-world challenges, students gain hands-on experience and workforce development drives new opportunities for the region.
