Kristin Reichardt

Biography

Kristin Reichardt is the Program Coordinator for the Department of Public Health at the University of West Florida. She earned her MPH from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Biostatistics & Epidemiology and is a member of the Beta Lambda Chapter of the Delta Omega Honor Society in Public Health.

Before coming to UWF, Kristin worked in vector-borne disease prevention for the City of Arlington, Texas, and later the Georgia Department of Public Health. She also has experience in health promotion for maternal and infant health, physical fitness, and nutrition for organizations like SimpliFed and the U.S. Navy.
 
She received her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic began in the U.S., which inspired her to pursue a career in public health. Kristin is passionate about working with students and strengthening the public health workforce.
 
In her free time, she is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats.
