Water workouts available daily!

The UWF Aquatic Center offers a wide variety of activities for the community to enjoy. From swimming lessons, to American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certification, to relaxing in the whirlpool or dry sauna, there's something for everyone to enjoy!

Volume: 625,000 gallons of water

The pool temperature is 81-84 degrees year round
Surface area: 14,000 sq ft
Diving boards: 1m and 3m spring boards
Whirlpool: 8 person maximum
Dry Sauna: 6 person maximum
