Pickup Your New PCard - March 23 - 28 
UWF will be switching over to a new MasterCard PCard March 23, 2009. Your new PCard will be available for pickup from March 23rd – March 28th. The PCard you are currently using will be closed and unusable March 28, 2009. 2008-09 Year End Deadline Dates
To ensure that purchases are charged to the current fiscal year budget, Requisitions that require competitive bidding using General Revenue (110000) and Carry Forward (110001) funds must be received inProcurement and Contracts as follows:
- Requisitions requiring a formal proposal (RFP, ITN, PQS) - Feb. 20
- Requisitions requiring a formal bid (ITB) - March 27
- Requests requiring quotations (RFQ) - May 2
