Campers must bring a bagged lunch from home. Please do not include foods that must be cooked or heated. There will not be a microwave or oven for use at camp. Also, please make sure the camper's name is clearly printed on the lunch container.
Our camp day is broken up to include a break time in which the campers like to have a snack and a drink. If a snack and a drink are not provided with the camper, we suggest bringing at least $2.00 daily to utilize the vending machines. Vending machines are located in each building on UWF’s campus.
If your camper is attending any of our off-campus camps, we suggest packing a snack and a drink. There will not be any access to a vending machine.
An identification lanyard will be given to your camper to wear around his or her neck every day. Every camper must wear his/her lanyard daily. Since we are in public college buildings, these laynards identify the campers and help to ensure their safety.
Each camper must wear comfortable, closed toe shoes and socks. Please do not wear flip-flops! If your child wears flip-flops, you will be notified to bring another pair of shoes.
Flip-flops are not allowed because we do play outdoor games, and the safety of our campers is our #1 concern.
Camp T-shirts are available (cost $10.00). However, campers are not required to wear them daily.
