Camp Hours:

9:00AM -3:00PM

Drop off will start for normal camp hours no earlier than 8:30. If your child is dropped off before 8:30, it will be assumed he/she is a part of Early Bird drop off care and will be charged accordingly.

Between the time of 3:00 and 3:30, you will be able to pick your child up by presenting a valid driver's license. Upon that your camper will be called to meet you.

Early Bird drop off:

Early Bird drop off is from 7:30-8:30, Monday through Friday. The cost is $15.00 a week.

Afternoon Adventures:

Afternoon Adventures is from 3:15-5:30pm Monday through Friday. Pick up is no later than 5:30. The fee, per week, is $35.00. A monthly calendar of activities will be available to view the daily activities that are planned. It will be important to view this on a weekly basis as activities are subject to change and pick up location is subject to change. For example, every Tuesday (Totaly Wet Tuesday), campers will go swimming in the UWF pool. There is an extra charge of $3.00 to swim. Please send the $3.00 with your child or pay in building 77, room 159.. Campers will be picked up at the UWF swimming pool.

Late Pick-up Policy:        

If you have not picked your camper on time, you will be charged a fee of $7.00 upon arrival. Please feel free to call us with information if you are running late. We understand that situations do arise and we will work with you as much as possible.

Making payments on camps:

To make a payment on your account you have three options: Your child’s counselor will not be able to accept money from you. So please adhere to the following options.

• Payments on your account will only be accepted in building 77, room 159 during the hours of 9:30-3:30. 
• Payments will be accepted via phone, during the hours of 9:30-4:30. Please call 474-2083.
• Payments will be accepted through your account at the following link. You will need to have your user name and password to access your account. http://uwf.edu/explorecamps/registernow.cfm
