Monthly Report for the Month of June and July, 2000
Title: Contamination of sediments in street sweepings and stormwater systems: pollutant composition and sediment reuse options.
Completion date: March 31, 2000
Testing of the new analytical equipment was finalized in early June.
Chemical analysis for mercury and nutrients were performed, on the new equipment, during the remainder of June.
Calculation of pollutant loading and initial data reduction was carried out.
The time dedicated to the project by the lead PI during June and July is estimated at 2%.
Final data reduction and data interpretation will be carried out in August.
