Partnering for Success provides an avenue for new teachers to discuss classroom challenges and receive tips to enhance instruction and empower their students. The program includes:

- Partnering for Success Workshops
Customized workshops are offered for local teachers. The workshops provide opportunities for new teachers to share successes and discuss challenges with UWF School of Education faculty and other local experts. Topics include strategies for starting the new school year, classroom management, and effective pedagogy.
