The Center is a department under the Division of Student Affairs. The Senior Associate Vice President for Student Affairs provides direct supervision of the Center. The ERCCD Board of Directors establishes policies and operational guidelines. The Board includes representatives from a variety of University departments, parents and staff members. The Center Director provides on-site operation and management.

Teacher assistants and student employee aids have achieved or working toward the Department of Children and Families 45 hours Certification. All ERCCD staff are required annual in-service training and have the DCF Level 2 background screening prior to employment. |
