Certifications: NASM-CPT, NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator, CPR/AED
2 Fun Facts: I rappelled out of helicopters, and I have been to many different countries.

I was born and raised in central Florida. I joined the Army out of high school and completed a 20 year career as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army. I am married and have two teenage children. Even though I am retired from the U.S. Army, I wanted to pursue a career in fitness. I am currently studying Exercise Science, to pursue a career in Strength and Conditioning. As a UWF Personal Trainer, I look forward to helping others begin their fitness journey and accomplish their goals.
