What You Will Learn

Coursework in human performance improvement examines organizational performance from a solution-neutral position, recognizing that instruction may not be the most appropriate means of improving individual and organizational performance. With a skillset including technological and intervention implementation, graduates will be prepared to work in almost any industry.

Courses

Credits earned in the Human Performance Improvement Graduate Certificate program may be applied to the M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Performance Technology in accordance with university policy.

Courses & Requirements

The Human Performance Improvement Online Graduate Certificate requires nine credit hours with completion of the courses with a C or better. Participants must secure a combined grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the course required by the certificate.

To be considered for admission to the University of West Florida’s online Human Performance Improvement Graduate Certificate program, you must be admitted to the University as either a degree-seeking or non-degree-seeking graduate student.

How to Apply

Once accepted as a graduate student, students should contact the School of Education Advising Center and speak to an advisor about course availability and scheduling. Then, new students should complete the online Graduate Certificate Declaration Form on MyUWF.
