Biography

Nicole Willis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of West Florida, where she also minored in Writing and Sociology. She is continuing her education at UWF as a graduate student in the Strategic Communication and Leadership program.
 
Nicole’s career is rooted in her love for storytelling and content creation. For more than three years, she has served as Assistant Editor at Ballinger Publishing, a role she grew into after starting as an intern. That personal experience developed her passion for helping students bridge the gap between internships and lasting career opportunities.
 
By combining her communications expertise with her academic background, Nicole aims to connect students and businesses in ways that foster both professional and personal growth.
