Chloe Diehl-Fulton

Biography

Chloe Diehl-Fulton is a three-time graduate of the University of West Florida. She originally graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. In 2019, she restarted her career and attained a second Bachelor's degree in Career and Technical Education: Workforce and Program Development. She immediately entered her master's program in Instructional Design and Technology Leadership with a concentration in Human Performance Improvement and graduated in 2021. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction.

Diehl-Fulton participated in many different student organizations throughout her time at UWF. She became the Academic Chair of the Student Government Association (SGA) in 2011. She held the presidency of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) in 2019. She attended Leadership Gauntlet, where she met many leaders with whom she's still in contact today. She also served as Chair of the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) Student Council in 2020.

Diehl-Fulton accepted an instructional position at Mother Clelia Morning Star High School during the global pandemic. She helped the administration build a school committed to graduating students with exceptionalities with a standard high school diploma. Using all the knowledge and skills she has gained from her UWF education, she's created the school's entire social studies curriculum. In her words, "UWF is more than a community; it is family. You meet the people who will be in your life, cheering you on".

She is an alumna of the 2022 Leadership Pensacola class with the Greater Pensacola Chamber of Commerce. She served in the AmeriCorps Volunteer in Service to American (VISTA) program as a data analyst for Achieve Escambia. She also volunteers with Autism Pensacola Inc. and her women's fraternity- Alpha Chi Omega. She is on the advisory board of UWF Catholic Campus Ministries, a.k.a Catholic Argos.
