Kate Thomas helps leaders and organizations navigate complexity and create lasting impact. As the co-founder and executive director of TrueWorks, she mobilizes redemptive leaders to transform workplaces and communities. With a background spanning corporate, nonprofit and startup sectors, she specializes in helping organizations clarify vision, adapt to change and build strategies that align purpose with action.

Kate’s approach is rooted in curiosity and a deep understanding of how organizations evolve. She has led large-scale transformation efforts, guided leadership teams through complex challenges and designed frameworks that foster resilience and innovation.
