Dr. Alison Green is a Professor at the University of West Florida in hospitality education with over 25 years of industry experience spanning airlines, food and beverage, and corporate hospitality. Earning her Ph.D. in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technology from the University of New Mexico in 2011, she has become a respected thought leader known for weaving real-world insights with academic rigor. Dr. Green is a sought-after speaker, presenting at international conferences, regional training sessions, and workforce development initiatives.

At the core of Dr. Green’s work lies the Hospitality Learner's Model©, her proprietary framework that bridges the gap between theory and practical application within the classroom allowing for engaged learners.
