Morning and Afternoon Extended Care

We offer morning and afternoon extended care for all UWF Main campus camps for campers who need to be dropped off early or stay after the core camp day ends. Each day, campers will play indoor and outdoor games, do arts and crafts, and participate in group activities. Afternoon extended care is also offered for camps that take place at the Pensacola Museum of Art. We will have limited spots in extended care. Once those spots are filled, we will no longer be able to accept other campers.

Morning Extended Care

  • This option is available each morning from 7:30 am-8:45 am only for all summer programs located on UWF's main campus
  • Weekly rate for this option is $35.00
  • Daily rate for this option is $7.00

Afternoon Extended Care:

  • This option is available each afternoon from 3:15 pm-5:30 pm only for all summer programs located on UWF main campus from Monday through Thursday. There is no afternoon extended care on Fridays.
  • Weekly (Monday-Thursday) rate for Afternoon Extended Care is $52.00.
  • Daily rate for Afternoon Extended Care is $13.00.
  • Late Fee Policy:
    • If you have not picked your camper up by 5:30 pm, you will be charged a fee of $12.00 upon arrival.

Pensacola Museum of Art Extended Care

  • This option is available each afternoon from 3:30 pm-5:00 pm for camps at the Pensacola Museum of Art from Monday through Thursday. there is no afternoon extended care on Fridays. 
  • Weekly rate for Afternoon Extended Care is $60.00. 
  • Daily rate for Afternoon Extended Care is $15.00. 
  • Late Fee Policy:
    • If you have not picked your camper up by 5:00 pm, you will be charged a fee of $12.00 upon arrival.
