Camp Description
Give your young star a chance to shine at Broadway Bound Junior! This fun-filled, one-week camp is perfect for first through third graders who want to explore the exciting world of theatre. Campers will dive into acting, improv, and storytelling in a playful and supportive environment, building confidence and creativity while having a blast on stage!
Throughout the week, campers will:
- Explore acting basics, including body movement, voice projection, and expression
- Play fun improv games and create unique characters
- Participate in group activities and short performances
- Collaborate with new friends to create an exciting show to share with family and friends at the end of the week
With guidance from an experienced instructor, your child will develop important skills like teamwork, imagination, and self-confidence—all while having tons of fun! Broadway Bound Junior is the perfect introduction to the world of theatre for young performers. It’s a week of laughter, creativity, and unforgettable memories!

Camp dates are June 16-18 and June 20. There will be no camp on Thursday, June 19 due to the University closure in observance of Juneteenth. On Friday, families are invited to a short family showcase at 2:45 p.m. in their camp classroom. Afternoon extended care is not available on Fridays.
