Argo Pulse is a web-based system that serves as an all-encompassing student organization management tool to help student leaders with everything they need to manage their organization and plan events.
Argo Pulse is a web-based platform that helps you get involved at the University of West Florida. It provides an easy way for you to search for student organizations on campus, stay connected with upcoming events and opportunities, and manage your student organizations.
How Do I Log In?
Visit Argo Pulse, and sign in with your UWF username and password. You can also access Argo Pulse through your MyUWF account. If you are an officer for a student organization, you will need to request admin access to your organization if you do not already have admin access. You can submit requests to studentorgs@uwf.edu.
How Do I Join An Organization?
Select the "Organizations" button in the top right corner of the homepage to see all of the organizations on campus. Select an organization that interests you. The profile will list information on regular meeting times, criteria for membership and contact information for the organization. Select "join" to be added to the organization. Note that some organizations allow members to join automatically, and some require an approval process by the organization administrator before adding interested members. If you'd like to ask a question about the organization or receive more information, select "message" on the organization's profile.
How Do I Start An Organization?
Once you have established five members of the organization and a full-time UWF faculty or staff advisor for your organization, you can begin the organization registration process on the Argo Pulse homepage, select the "Groups" button from the top blue banner, select "+ Groups." From there, you will be prompted to "Register new Student Organization"!
