Middle and High School Students from both Escambia and Santa Rosa County whose projects have been pre-approved by the Regional Scientific Review Committee will set up at the UWF Conference Center on Monday, January 26th between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Judges will meet from 5:00-6:00 for light refreshment and orientation during which time the judging area will be closed. Judging will take place from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.
Public viewing of projects is scheduled for January 27th from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Conference Center. Students will pick up their projects after 5:00 p.m. on that day.
The Awards Ceremony will be held at the UWF Conference Center at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2009. Category winners, special award recipients, and students selected to represent the West Panhandle at the State Science and Engineering Fair will be recognized at this event.
