As a part of the many upgrades that come along with SP3 for Windows XP is a pop-up blocker that is incorporated into the Microsoft Internet Explorer. Here we will show you how to access the Blocker and change its settings.
First, Open the Internet Explorer Browser.
Then select Tools.
Then Pop-up Blocker.
If you want to change the settings and allow a site to display pop-ups, click the settings option.
If there is a site that you would like to be able to display its pop-ups, then enter the sites URL in the box directly next to the add button and then hit add. You can also adjust the filter level of the Pop-up blocker from here. When you are finished hit Close.
