ReZults Boot Camp is one of the fastest ways to reach your fitness goals. Whether you are a beginner exerciser, or have been exercising for years, this is a great opportunity for you to join others and achieve amazing results. ReZults Boot Camp offers an environment that will allow you to feel comfortable working at your own fitness level. The exercises are challenging, but you will be motivated to give your maximum effort throughout each routine. Frequently Asked Questions:
What types of exercises will I be performing?
We will be performing many different types and variations of exercises. The
majority of the routines will include the following types of exercises:
Running/Jogging: Morning runs/jogs will be performed on the beautiful nature
trails of the University of West Florida Campus. Occasionally, we will do
short runs around the intramural fields.
Calisthenics: These simple movements, performed without weights, will be
incorporated in each session to increase strength, endurance, and flexibility.
With these exercises, body weight is used as resistance. (Examples: push-ups,
sit-ups, squats, dips)
Stretching: A short stretching routine will be performed at the end of
each training session. This will enhance the flexibility for each major muscle
group.
What should I bring?

What do I wear?
You will need to wear loose, comfortable athletic attire and close toed, athletic running shoes.
Will we still meet if it’s raining?
The likelihood of severe weather at 5:30am in the Summer is unlikely. We will meet whether rain or shine. However, if it is lightning, the session will be cancelled and we will have a make-up session on the following Saturday morning at 7am.
Will a nutrition aspect be included?
A nutritional seminar will be held on Sunday, May 17. This seminar will stress the importance of diet in achieving your fitness goals as well as give you tips for healthy food choices.
What is the educational shopping trip?
The educational shopping trip is a one-time opportunity for all participants
during the 4 week training period. You and I will meet at a local grocery
store and travel down the aisles as I teach you how to read the food labels
of selected items. This is so you can ensure you are staying within the daily
nutrient recommendations. I will also recommend and explain the importance
of certain foods that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Is ReZults Boot Camp for me?
Yes! Regardless of your current fitness level; ReZults Boot Camp is for everyone! Sometimes, the words “Boot Camp” may turn people away. Yes, I will push everyone but I will do it in a way that will encourage them to work hard. I will not yell and scream in faces. I can assure all those interested that regardless of your lifestyles, I can help each person reach their fitness goal. I will tailor each routine to your individual needs and goals.
