Job Title: |
Intramural Sports Supervisor |
Purpose: |
To manage Intramural Sports activities, participants and employees on-site. |
Reports To: |
Graduate Assistant of Intramural Sports/Intramural Sports Coordinator |
Qualifications: |
•Strong communication skills and positive attitude. •Previous experience preferred, but not necessary. •Current First Aid and CPR certifications. |
Duties & Responsibilities: |
•Supervise, evaluate, and assist with training of Intramural
Sports Officials. •Serve as a mentor and teacher to officials. •Complete office assignments as distributed by the Graduate Assistant and Coordinator. •Represent the Campus Recreation department in an exemplary manner. |
Overall Requirements: |
•Attend all staff training sessions and staff meetings. •Attend and assist with all officials training sessions. •Arrive to work early and stay for entire shift. •Be knowledgeable of Intramural Sports policies and procedures. •Settle protests, arguments, and problems on-site as much as possible. •Communicate and consistently enforce university, departmental, and intramural policies and procedures. |
Salary: |
Starting pay is at $7.50 |
