The Organization Development (OD) Group at the University of West Florida offers a Certificate in Organization Development. This certificate is designed to develop competencies in Organization Development, Change Theory and Practice, and Leadership. It also provides each participant the opportunity to enhance personal and professional growth.
The OD Group believes strongly in participative student involvement and experiential learning. State-of-the-art theory, research and practices are integrated with mentoring, thus allowing the development of a similar, yet unique, program for each participant.
