The online undergraduate certificates takes three consecutive semesters to complete. The first courses begin with spring semester (Jan. 9th 2012), continue summer semester and finish during fall semester (Dec. 2012). Courses are designed to be taken in sequence as they are only offered once a year. Students will be enrolled in two courses at any given time during the certificate with the exception of the final semester (3 courses). Students may not "jump in" during summer or fall semesters; so, the same group of classmates begin and complete the certificate together as a cohort/group. Please review the UWF academic calendar for specific dates. Students possessing interest in the field of Archaeology are strongly encouraged to complete our Archaeology option courses.
