Biography:

Dr. Daniel Olaitan is a post doctorate associate here at UWF that has an PH.D. in Chemistry from Baylor University. Dr. Olaitan teaches General Chemistry in a lecture style format.  He has also taught General Chemistry Laboratory.  Dr. Olaitan research is mainly targeted at the use of transition metal oxide nanoparticles as absorbents and surfaces for surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry analysis of asphaltenes.
