Quint Studer

On Monday, November 5th, 2012, the Eta Upsilon Chapter of the International Fraternity Delta Sigma Pi hosted a professional event sponsored by the College of Business Education Center. The event featured a presentation by Quint Studer, owner of the Studer Group and Blue Wahoos. Mr. Studer's presentation gave insight on employee performance and engagement. It highlighted the topic of treating all members of the organization fairly and as important stakeholders. It was discussed that this leads to lower employee turnover and overall increase in capital.

The event was a great success, with over eighty members of faculty, staff, students, and affiliates of the University of West Florida community in attendance. Shortly after the event, refreshments were served and the attendees had a chance to network, socialize, and find out more about Delta Sigma Pi, the College of Business Education Center, and Mr. Studer.

Delta Sigma Pi would like to personally thank Mr. Studer, the College of Business faculty and staff, and all attendees of the event for helping to make it a worthwhile experience.
