Dedication, Pride & Commitment: Leadership Lessons From Black Hawk Down For Business & For Life presented by First Sergeant Matt Eversmann. Eversmann is a decorated war hero and military leader portrayed by Josh Hartnett in the film “Black Hawk Down”. He illustrated the importance of leadership, courage and selfless service to succeed when ordinary circumstances become extraordinary challenges. Committed to sharing the lessons he learned in the military, Eversmann draws parallels from his experiences to highlight the importance of leadership, courage, and responsibility within any team or organization.
Fraud, Lies, and Hermes Ties

Mr. Beam, author, and former HealthSouth executive took part in a $2 Billion accounting fraud at the company that resulted in one of the largest corporate frauds in U.S. history. In 2003 he pled guilty to the crime and was sent to federal prison. He began his public speaking career in 2009. His primary message is about corporate fraud, who is actually responsible, how they take place, and what can be done to prevent frauds.
