Transient Student Form

· Go to www.facts.org

· Click the College Students link.

· From the Transferring block, click Transient Student Admissions Application (Take classes at another college).

· Click log in with a FACTS Login ID.

· Click the “Create Account” button.

· From the User Type drop down menu, select College Student

· Fill in the requested information. Click the “Submit” button.

· Click the “Continue” button.

· Type in your FACTS Login ID and Password. Click the “Login” button.

· Choose your home institution from the drop down menu (University of West Florida). Log in with your Argonet Username and your Argonet Password. (Note: You must be a currently enrolled student at UWF to use your Argonet Username and Password.)

· Click “Continue”.

· Click “Next”.

· If you’re a Freshman, then select University Advising Center from the Your School or College drop down menu, and also select University Advising Center from the Your Department drop down menu. Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors and Grad students need to select College of Arts & Science from the Your School or College drop down menu, and then select Biology from the Your Department drop down menu.

· Click the “Next” button.

· Complete all fields on the form. Click the “Send” button.

· You will receive an email each time a request clears an approval step. You will also receive a final email telling you if your form is approved or denied.
