Leadership Team

Howard J. Reddy is the vice president for the Division of University Advancement and serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet. In this role, Reddy provides executive leadership to the division, overseeing Development, Alumni Relations, UWF Foundation, UWF Historic Trust, Institutional Communications and WUWF Public Media.

Dan serves as the Associate Vice President of University Advancement and Chief Financial Officer of UWF Foundation. He oversees the budgets for the Division of Advancement including WUWF Public Radio, UWF Historic Trust, Institutional Communications, Development, Alumni Relations, as well as UWF Foundation.

Brett Berg serves as Assistant Vice President for Development at UWF. He serves on the leadership teams of the Division of University Advancement and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. He oversees all fundraising activities for the university’s athletic programs, including annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, corporate giving and the Argonaut Athletic Club, the official booster organization for UWFBerg and his team have set fundraising records each year in either the number of donors, total dollars raised, pledges or planned gifts to support the Argonauts.

Robert Overton has over 20 years of public history experience, specializing in historic sites and museum management. He has worked for the University of West Florida Historic Trust since 2002 and has served as the Executive Director for the organization since 2015.

Pat Crawford has more than 44 years of experience managing university public media organizations. He has directed the WUWF team since 1982, a dedicated group of creative individuals serving an audience from Mobile to Destin with the highest standards of public service in journalism and cultural expression.

Claire Stewart is the Executive Director of Annual Giving and Institutional Communications for the division of University Advancement and comes to UWF with ten years of marketing, communications and higher education experience. In her role in University Advancement, she acts as a communications conduit for the UWF Historic Trust, UWF Foundation, Inc., WUWF Media, Alumni Relations, Development and the Institutional Communications team.
