Group Fitness

This page provides information about group fitness activities at the HLS Facility Fitness Center, including the Group Fitness Class schedule.


The following class schedules are effective from Monday, January 8, through Friday, April 27, 2018.

Finals week for the Spring 2018 semester is April 30 through May 4, 2018.

Note: Classes will not be offered January 15 and March 12 - 17, 2018

Recreation reserves the right to alter or change class hours or class schedule at any time. In order to run classes, we require a minimum of two (2) participants dressed on time. Please arrive to all classes ten (10) minutes prior to start time! Late-comers will be redirected to informal fitness rather than disrupt a class in session.
