This page provides information about group fitness activities at the HLS Facility Fitness Center, including the Group Fitness Class schedule.


Summer 2018

  • The following class schedules are effective from Monday, May 14th, through Saturday, August 4th, 2018.
  • Summer Finals Week is August 6th through August 11th.
  • Classes will not be offered May 26th through May 28th, or on July 4th.
  • Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays will not be offered on the following dates due to UWF Orientation.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Recreation reserves the right to alter or change class hours or class schedule at any time. In order to run classes, we require a minimum of two (2) participants dressed on time. Please arrive to all classes ten (10) minutes prior to start time! Late-comers will be redirected to informal fitness rather than disrupt a class in session.
