Page Charges
Page Charges and Reprints of Scholarly Paper Instructions:
In cases where UWF is to pay per page charge assessment, please complete the Request for Page Charge Form. After completing a Banner Requisition, send the completed Request for Page Charge Form to Procurement and Contracts in Building 90 by:
- Email procurement@uwf.edu, with the Banner Requisition Number in the subject line; or,
- Campus mail, also referencing the Banner Requisition Number
The publisher’s assessment is normally charged to an appropriate Sponsored Research Trust Account. Route the Request for Page Charge Form through the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs office before submission to Procurement and Contracts. Those wishing to change E&G Funds must also first secure approval by the Provost or Vice Provost, as indicated on the Request for Page Charge Form.
It is Procurement and Contract’s recommendation that you be familiar with the publisher’s policy concerning reprint availability, especially if the publisher offers no charge at the time page charges are first quoted.
