US Naturalization Preparation Class

Learn about the process of becoming a US Citizen.

To become a U.S. citizen, a person must pass a U.S. English Language Test and a U.S. Civics Test during their naturalization interview. This class from the UWF Intensive English Program is designed to improve ordinary English language skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking. Students prepare for the Civics Test by learning about the history, laws and customs of the U.S. government.

Duration: 4 weeks

Schedule: Mon + Wed   5:30pm - 7:30pm

Registration Cost: $250

Registration Deadline: July 15, 2018 - Students can register after the class begins however the registration fee will not be prorated or discounted.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be provided if the class does not make the minimum number of enrolled students. The registration fee cannot be deferred or credited for a future class.

Minimum Enrollment: 4 students

Maximum Enrollment: 15 students

Minimum Enrollment Deadline: Friday, July 6, 2018

Instructor Information: Olga Batova is an instructor with the UWF Intensive English Program and has 20+ years of experience teaching English as Second Language. Originally from Russia, Mrs. Batova is long time resident of Gulf Breeze, FL and passed the U.S. Naturalization test 6 years ago. Since then she has helped many people navigate the naturalization process and prepare for the official interviews.
