- Project Specialist / Academic Affairs Liaison
Colton Currier serves as Project Specialist and Academic Affairs Liaison, where he develops, executes and evaluates communication plans and strategies to advance the University of West Florida.
Colton works with clients to identify goals and objectives and effectively translates these to the Institutional Communications team. He provides support to the University by serving as a client manager and manages projects for the Institutional Communications team.
As Academic Affairs Liaison, he develops plans, procedures and strategies to advance the Division of Academic Affairs, while ensuring alignment with the University’s communication strategy. Colton serves as the primary point of contact for the Division of Academic Affairs and ensures the quality and consistency of division, college, department communications.
He graduated from UWF with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in comprehensive marketing, a minor in management and a digital marketing certificate.
In his free time, Colton enjoys being outdoors, exploring parks, hiking, running and spending time with his family.
