Megan Gonzalez serves as the Associate Vice President for Institutional Communications at the University of West Florida, where she drives the University’s integrated marketing, branding and communications strategy.
Jennifer Peck serves as the Art Director for Institutional Communications where she is responsible for the visual components of the university’s marketing, communication and branding efforts.
Brittany Sherwood serves as the Assistant Director of Strategic Communications for Institutional Communications, where she oversees the development and implementation of communication plans, strategies and initiatives that enhance the University’s visibility. In this role, Brittany manages integrated projects, as well as institutional social media and public relations strategies.
Tom St. Myer serves as the News and Publicity Director for Institutional Communications, where he collaborates with University faculty, staff and students to identify news and publicity opportunities.
Joe Vinson serves as the Associate Director of Digital Media Strategy at the University of West Florida’s Office of Institutional Communications, overseeing the strategic planning and implementation of UWF’s digital presence and supporting the web and photo/video teams in creating multimedia content that tells the university’s story.
Bernard Wilchusky is the photography and video manager for Institutional Communications at the University of West Florida, where he spends his days organizing the University’s diverse array of multimedia assets. When he’s not at the office, Bernard can be found around campus searching for imagery emblematic of the Argo spirit.
Lacey Berry serves as the Graphic Designer for Institutional Communications. She provides design services with a primary role of reproducing, maintaining and developing creative concepts to support strategic messaging.
Colton Currier serves as Project Specialist and Academic Affairs Liaison, where he develops, executes and evaluates communication plans and strategies to advance the University of West Florida.
Morgan Givens serves as a photographer for the University of West Florida. His photography services at UWF extend to institutional communications, athletics, and much more.
Will joined the Institutional Communications team with more than 20 years of experience in television news and sports. He works with UWF Athletics and the Office of the President to produce programming and assists all areas of the University with video production for marketing, public relations and social media.
Michael serves as the Program Specialist. In this position, he assists with managing a variety of projects for Institutional Communications and the coordination of photography and video operations. Additionally, he researches and develops communication plans and protocols, assists with the management of digital platforms and initiatives, assists the web support team, and facilitates administrative duties and tasks.
Allison Morgan serves as a writer and editor for Institutional Communications. In this role, she writes and edits communications and marketing materials for the University of West Florida.
Jason O'Connell serves as the Assistant Director of Web and Digital Strategy for Institutional Communications where he is responsible for enhancing the web user experience, content quality, search optimization, analytical measurement as well as improve client support.
Leonor Roper serves as the Social Media and Public Relations Specialist for Institutional Communications. In this role, she develops and manages the institution's social media strategy and oversees public relations activities.

Margaret Roberts serves as Marketing Strategist at the University of West Florida, where she focuses on strategic marketing initiatives and brand management. Her dynamic passion for education and proactive approach to communications aids her in this role. Additionally, Margaret serves as the managing editor of the UWF alumni and friends publication, Connection Magazine.
Brittany Swinford is a writer for Institutional Communications, where she is responsible for drafting and editing press releases and other public relations writing, as well as copywriting and editing for the University’s marketing initiatives.
Olivia Teeney serves as Communications Specialist for Institutional Communications. In this role she assists with the University's social presence by curating content for various platforms that tell stories, share traditions and build an ongoing narrative with UWF's audiences.
Daniel serves as the Web Services Assistant for Institutional Communications. In this position, he primarily works with the official University web presence on governance and management, analytical reporting, quality assurance, and accessibility remediation and content posting.
