Spring to Summer Break Housing 2018
The spring to summer break housing fee is included in the rent for Summer Term 1 & 2 residents. If you have signed up for Summer Terms 3 or 4, you will need to check out of your spring on-campus room and move back to campus when your term begins later in the summer. No storage is provided for Summer Term 3 or 4 residents during the period from the end of spring to the start of their Summer Term.

Summer to Fall Break Housing 2017
Break Housing requires a payment of $260-$430 (depending on the type of fall housing you live in). It is due on or before August 25, 2017. During Break Housing, residents will live in their Fall 2017 assigned space. The term for Break Housing is August 12 - August 24, 2017. All Break Housing residents pay the entire break term no matter how many nights they anticipate staying.
Break Housing Residents changing rooms for Fall 2017 can pick up their fall room keys at their Fall area office and start moving on the following dates:
Friday, August 11th, 10:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday, August 12th, 10:00am - 4:00pm
Please note: Storing belongings in your fall room over the break is free. You only need to sign up for break housing if you wish to live in your room during the break.
Winter Break Housing 2017
Storing belongings in your fall room over the break is free. You only need to sign up for break housing if you wish to live in your room during the break. Winter Break Housing is only open to residents that have a current Fall 2017 Housing Contract & who will be living on campus for Spring 2018.
- $140-$231 per week (based on your current nightly fall rental rate).
- Or $420-$693 for the full break (Dec. 16 - Jan. 6, based on your current nightly fall rental rate).
- Rent Due Date: December 15, 2017
- Services may be limited during the break. This includes:
- Staff availability
- Evening and weekend Area Office coverage
- University Housing Maintenance services
- UWF Dining Services
- UWF Trolley services
- Other UWF services/campus building access.
