The Downtown Graduate Houses
The Quina-Singh House & The McVoy House
UWF Housing and Residence Life has formed a partnership with the UWF Historic Trust to provide student housing in downtown Pensacola for UWF graduate students.
UWF graduate students will have the opportunity to live in one of two homes located in Historic Pensacola Village: the McVoy House or the Quina Singh House. In both houses students, will have their own room and will share the common areas.
The houses are about a 25 minute drive from the main UWF campus, a short drive from the beach, and an easy walk to all that downtown has to offer. Downtown Pensacola features plenty of restaurants, shops, museums, entertainment, events, and more.

The McVoy House, originally built in 1900, is located at 202 Church Street and is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom mixed gender house. The house includes a furnished living room, kitchen, front porch, backyard and washer and dryer.
The Quina-Singh House, originally built in 1880, is located at 217 Zarragossa Street and is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom mixed gender house. The house includes a kitchen, small porches in the front and back, and washer and dryer.
