Exploring Research at UWF

Drs. Jane Caffrey and Wade Jeffrey, both from the UWF Center for Environmental Diagnostics and Bioremediation, take us to Bayou Texar in Pensacola. This is one of three urban bayous where they're measuring water quality ("the health of the bayou"), part of the thesis research for a UWF master's student.

UWF Research 360: A Research Revolution is a video project produced by the Innovation Institute at the University of West Florida. The goal of the series is to highlight research performed by UWF scholars in a new and innovative way. The videos, all shot in a 360 format, create an immersive experience by putting the viewer in the middle of the action. Whether it’s a tour of Deadman’s Island in Pensacola Bay, a trip to one of the historic Luna shipwrecks or any other video in the series, the viewer is dropped into the center of the action and has total control of what they see!
