Student Organizations

There are more than 150 Student Organizations at the University of West Florida. Types of of organizations include Registered Student Organizations, Fraternities and Sororities, Departmental Organizations and Sport Clubs.


ArgoPulse is a web-based platform that helps students get involved in campus life. It provides an easy way for students to search for student organizations on campus, stay connected with upcoming events and opportunities and manage their student organizations.

Student Leader Eligibility Requirements

Students must meet the following minimum requirements to be eligible to seek and retain a leadership position in any Student Organization:

  • Be enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours per semester, except as noted in the policy.
  • Have and maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) for University of West Florida course work of at least 2.50, and
  • Not be on academic or disciplinary probation or suspension.
