Dr. Scott Keller
- Position: Chair

Dr. Keller’s primary research interest includes frontline managerial leadership in logistics operations. Along with his brother, he co-authored the book The Definitive Guide to Warehousing. He has professional experience in ocean freight, warehousing and motor carrier operations.

Dr. Alison Green
- Position: Associate Dean and Associate Professor
- Department: Global Hospitality & Tourism Management

Dr. Alison Green teaches in the areas of human resources, education and organizational learning. Green also examines the value of certification in the hospitality industry and determines what skills employers expect from graduates of food-and-beverage hospitality programs.

Dr. Ata Atadil
- Position: Assistant Professor
- Department: Global Hospitality & Tourism Management

Dr. Atadil conducts research on cognitive neuroscience, decision-making behavior of travelers, branding and information technology. His research interests include memetics, destination neurogenetics, meme map creation and travelers’ perceptions regarding new technologies.

Dr. Andrew Holdnak

Dr. Andrew Holdnak’s research has ranged from aspects of sports and environmental tourism to recreational fishing, the boating community, the acceptance of pets in campgrounds, and the role of factory stores and shopping centers in attracting tourists.

Dr. Xuan V. Tran

Dr. Xuan V. Tran studies microeconomics and macroeconomics and consumer behavior psychology in hospitality and tourism. Tran’s research has examined economic effects on demand for luxury hotel rooms, hotel brand personality and service quality, and customers’ price sensitivity in upscale lodging.
