Kim Aderholdt

  • VP of Greater Pensacola Operations, Navy Federal Credit Union

Biography

Kim Aderholdt is the Vice President of Greater Pensacola Operations for Navy Federal Credit Union. She is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of over 9,500 team members located on the Brian L. McDonnell Campus in Pensacola, Florida. 

Kim has been with the credit union for over nine years and has served in several leadership positions during her Navy Federal career, including the Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Space and Project Management, Manager of Mortgage Operations and Manager of Facility Design, Planning and Project Management. Under Kim’s leadership, her team managed the master plan, design and construction of the $900M Phase 1 and 2 expansion of Navy Federal’s Brian L. McDonnell Center at Heritage Oaks campus in Pensacola, Florida. Prior to joining Navy Federal, Kim worked at national and regional commercial construction firms in project management, leadership and business development roles. 

Kim is an engaged leader that supports and empowers her team members to achieve their goals. She is passionate about Navy Federal’s mission to serve the military. Kim’s husband is a Marine Corps Veteran, and she has many veteran and active-duty family members as well. Kim is active in her community and has served on several community and civic boards. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of Florida’s Great Northwest and is a Reading Pal mentor for Ready Kids. 

Kim is a recipient of the Navy Federal Credit Union President’s Award for Leadership Excellence (2019) and Service Excellence (2016). She also serves as a mentor for Navy Federal’s Aspiring Leadership Program. 

Kim holds a bachelor's degree from Auburn University in Building Science (School of Architecture) and is an alumnus of Navy Federal’s Executive Development Program and the Executive Education program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. 

Kim and her husband, Glenn, have one daughter, Greer, and several pets. They enjoy being outdoors, boating, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
