 The University of West Florida Archaeology Institute published an interim report on the first three years of archaeological investigations at Santa Maria de Galve.  Preliminary findings are presented along with detailed descriptions of the archaeological methods employed on the site.

 As part of Pensacola's 300th anniversary celebration, the Pensacola Historical Society published a book with input from Dr. Judy Bense, Dr. Bill Coker and other noted scholars who have researched the archaeology and history of Santa Maria.  This book outlines the founding of Pensacola by the Spanish and the struggles that the first residents of Pensacola faced.
