Pensacola campus
When referring to the University of West Florida site in Pensacola, use Pensacola campus. Only use "campus" when referring to this location. 

Emerald Coast
Refers to University of West Florida locations in Okaloosa County, including the Fort Walton Beach and Crestview office. Capitalize in all uses. Can also be referred to as UWF Emerald Coast or UWF on the Emerald Coast

Historic Pensacola
Refers to the historical sites and properties within Historic Pensacola district managed by the UWF Historic Trust. Use Historic Pensacola in all references as it pertains to locations. See UWF Historic Trust under Direct Support Organizations when referencing the Trust as an organization.

Arcadia Mill – UWF Historic Trust
Refers to the historic property in Milton, Florida that is managed by the UWF Historic Trust. Use Arcadia Mill in all references.

Pensacola Museum of Art
Refers to the museum, located in downtown Pensacola and owned by the University. Use “the museum” on second reference and beyond, as needed.

Blue Wahoos Stadium
Refers to the stadium located in downtown Pensacola. Use Blue Wahoos Stadium in all references.

States
Do not abbreviate states. Spell out the word in its entirety: Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Nashville, Tennessee.

Studer Community Institute Building
Refers to the downtown location that houses the UWF Center for Cybersecurity, Haas Center and the Florida Small Business Development Center. "SCI Building" is acceptable for second reference and beyond.
