Transfer2UWF

Transfer2UWF is a program designed to help you earn your associates degree from one of our partner institutions and transfer to the University of West Florida to finish your bachelors degree. Students must be on an AA degree track at one of the following institutions:

  • Northwest Florida State College
  • Gulf Coast State College
  • Tallahassee Community College
  • Coastal Alabama Community College
  • Pensacola State College

Argo Accelerate

For students who are not attending Transfer2UWF partner institutions, join the Argo Accelerate program and start working toward a UWF bachelors degree while pursuing your AA at your current institution. You'll have access to your UWF degree audit and a Transfer Coach to guide you through the process.

The following FAQs apply to both programs.

Who can join these programs?

Students attending a state/community college who are seeking an AA degree are eligible to join the Transfer2UWF and Argo Accelerate programs.

How do I know which courses will transfer?

If you haven’t joined a pathway, start with an Unofficial Evaluation. If you’ve already joined a pathway, consult your transfer coach.

What are the program requirements?

Students must be actively seeking an AA degree from a state/community college and have continuous enrollment.

What are the program benefits?

Students enrolled in the Transfer2UWF or Argo Accelerate programs will be provided a personalized Transfer Coach who will assist them throughout the process. They will also have access to their UWF degree audit, waiver of their application fee, and assistance in completing the enrollment process.

When should I sign up?

Students interested in joining these programs are able to request more information by completing our Interest Form(s). You should otherwise enroll in the program before you've earned 46 or more transferable credit hours.
