International students seeking enrollment during the summer term should pay careful attention to deadlines and special requirements as they relate to international applicants. Many international applicants will be required to document English language proficiency as well as submit transcript evaluations if coursework was taken outside of the United States. In addition, international students may be required to provide certain immigration documents to the International Student Services for verification of status.
International students planning to attend the University of West Florida as an F-1 or J-1 visa holder will have additional admission requirements and should work closely with the International Student Services to ensure proper guidelines are followed.
If you are currently outside the U.S. and plan to begin your degree at UWF during summer term, we recommend that you submit your undergraduate or graduate application for admission and all supporting documents by March 1.
