Performance Boot Camp
Basic Training for All Fitness Levels
What: Performance Boot Camp will be designed to introduce you into the world of fitness by teaching the basics of comprehensive exercise programming.
The program will focus on flexibility, strength training, and increasing work capacity by incorporating high intensity training that will challenge your physical abilities. If you are ready to challenge yourself to push your limits, Performance Boot Camp is for you!
When: Aut. 31 - Oct. 9 & Oct. 12 - Nov. 20
Mondays (Pedagogy Gym), Wednesdays (Lower Fintess), and Fridays (Indoor Track) from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Register and pay: At the Customer Service Desk by 28 August to ensure your spot. If you miss the deadline you may still join at full price.

Women On Weights
What: -. Lift weights and get in shape this semester! Learn a range of exercises to help you achieve your goals. We will use a broad range of equipment and techniques to grow leaner, stronger, and to become a happier you. Break the stereotype and join a group of women on weights.

When: August 31-October 9 & October 12- November 20
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 AM-7:30 AM
