Worth the Weight

Are you ready to gain confidence in the fitness center, and learn how to create your own workout? This program will give you all the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals the right way. Learn proper form for the following body weight exercises: push-up variations, pull-ups, chin-ups, squat variations, lunges, and back and core exercises. You'll also increase your mobility and power!

Cost: $150
Cost for current UWF Students: $99
