Submit a JIRA Ticket
JIRA support tickets are used to provide customer support. Global Online Learning and Development (GOLD) JIRA tickets can be created through email or by accessing the GOLD Help Support Desk. Once a Global Online JIRA is created, an instructional designer will contact you through Gmail. Faculty will receive updates on communications and actions taken on the JIRA ticket.
Faculty can email email@example.com and the email will start a JIRA support ticket. Please include the course name, course reference number, and other specific details about your support needs in your email.
Faculty can access and complete a GOLD Help JIRA Support Form from the following link:
Service Desks App in MyUWF
Faculty can login to my.uwf.edu and search for Service Desks. Once inside Service Desks, search for GOLD Help. This will open a GOLD Help JIRA Support Form.
